This is a wood frame Victorian. We’ve performed a few projects for this dear client. Victorian bathroom saved original moldings, where other bidders wanted to remove them. Victorian kitchen saved butler’s pantry and original moldings, matched new hardwood floor to antique one throughout house.

Exterior Victorian restoration we added Eastlake corner brackets to increase front porch decoration. We performed masonry restoration on stone foundation.
