We’ve performed a few projects for this dear client. The new dormer in the historic district required a certificate of appropriateness from city historic landmarks commission. Others had not been able to get this approved, and we succeeded. The dormer matches the other features in the historic roofline.  We matched new kitchen hardwood to antique hardwood throughout. We saved and restored a historic fir floor – one of our specialties. We extensively remodeled throughout the interior, saving many historic elements.
